Poster Painting When: Wednesday, January 11 What: A monthly meeting about painting posters and decorating flyers to help publicize about events and fundraisers that Key Club will have throughout the month. All Publicity Committee Members are REQUIRED to come! Time: 3 pm- 5 pm Where: Outside of Mr. Kuos Room (Room 196) Number of Members: 35 Hours: 2 hours 2. Executive Board Mandatory Informational Meeting When: Thursday, January 12 What: Want to run for an Executive position for Key Club? Come to the Mandatory Informational Meeting to learn about our position of interest and procedures. You will also be able to ask questions about the election process Time: Lunchtime Where: Mrs. Mesdjians Room (Room 263) 3. McKinleys Children Center When: Friday, January 13 What: McKinleys Children Center has provided services to the children and families of our community since it opened 100+ years ago. They need help removing stickers from the rubber duckies they used in a Rubbie Ducky Fundraiser. Time: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Where: McKinleys Children Center - 762 West Cypress Street, San Dimas, CA 91773 Number of Members: Unlimited! Hours: 4 4. Anti-Bullying Rally Preparation When: Friday, January 13 and Friday, January 20 What: Well be organizing an anti-bullying rally for the 4th and 5th graders of Maple Hill Elementary School. The rally will include entertaining skits, activities, and a valuable Q&A session towards the end. One of the most important issues among youth is bullying, and we must spread awareness to show the physical, psychological, and emotional consequences of it. So come and be a part of this great project! There will be rehearsal and preparation for the event on the Late Start Day, Tuesday, January 24 Time: 3:45 pm 5:00 pm Where: Upper Quad Hours: 2 Hours **Required to attend if desire to Participate in the Rally 5. Diamond Bars Annual Winter Snow Fest When: Saturday, January 14 What: Diamond Bars Annual Winter Snow Fest is an annual event that the city of Diamond Bar hosts for its residents to enjoy a day of winter and snow. Volunteers will be helping out in the snow play areas, snow hills, and craft tables. Time: 10 AM 4 PM (volunteers come around 9 am) Where: Pantera Park - 738 Pantera Dr. Diamond Bar CA, 91765 Number of members: Unlimited Hours: 7 Hours **Wear close-toed shoes and warm clothes

Spring Membership Drive When: Tuesday, January 17 and Wednesday, January 18 What: Key Club will be hosting a Second Semester Membership Drive for those people who missed the membership drive at the beginning of the year. Time: Lunchtime Where: Upper Quad Fee: $12 **Wednesday, January 18 is the LAST day to turn in Membership Applications 7. PTP Movie Day Fundraiser When: Wednesday, January 18 What: A fundraiser held for all students to come by and relax with a movie after a long day of school! Food/drinks will be provided and all profits will be donated to Paediatric Trauma Program (PTP) Time: 3:30 pm 5:30 pm Where: Mrs. Mesdjians Room (Room 263) Number of Members: 50 (Non-Members can come also!) Fee: $3 Hours: 2 Hours 8. Anti-Bullying Rally When: Tuesday, January 24 (Late Start Day) What: Well be organizing an anti-bullying rally for the 4th and 5th graders of Maple Hill Elementary School. Car Wash When: Saturday, January 21 What: Working at the Car Wash! Key Club is hosting a Car Wash Fundraiser, so come help out and bring your family cars to get a good was as well! All Profits will be Going to our Club Fundraising for DCON! Time: 11:00 am 4:00 pm Where: School Parking Lot Cost per Car: $5 Number of Members: 25 Hours: 5 Hours 10. Divisional Council Meeting (DCM)/Tea Rush Fundraiser When: Saturday, January 21 What: A monthly meeting where all the 10 schools in Division 35 East Elephants meet to talk about past events and upcoming events. RIGHT after Car Wash. Its perfect! ^^ This DCM will be different because we will also have a Divisional Event at Tea Rush, so buy some boba and support our Division AT THE SAME TIME! When: Saturday, February 4 Time: 8:00 am 1:00 pm Where: School Parking Lot 13. 66 th Annual California-Nevada-Hawaii District Convention (BEElieve The Magic of Service) When: Friday, April 13 to Sunday, April 15 What: An annual Key Club event where all Key Clubbers in California, Nevada, and Hawaii are invited to attend. There will be leadership workshops, spirit sessions, guest speakers, performances, election for the 2012-2013 District CaliNev-Ha Officer Board, and even a ball! The best experience you will ever have! In Whitneys Opinion = 66X Better than Prom :D Where: Santa Clara Convention Center ** This is a district-wide training, so all potential officers should take interest in this event! **Sign up at the end of the meeting if you want and are able to attend DCON (No guarantee on spot, just meant for a headcount)
