In general, select the sweeping mode as [ Adaptive ] is better. It computes 20 points per decade below 10MHz and at 1MHz linear step between 10MHz to 1GHz, and at 5MHz linear step from 1GHz to 5GHz and a 50MHz (linear step) above 5GHz.
