There are three simulation modes in PowerSI Extraction Mode (default) Spatial Mode and Resonance Mode. Spatial mode requires specifying the independent voltages or the current sources. Extraction mode requires specifying the p PowerSIdesignsimulation modeopensimulation mode

Repeat the steps above to generate another circuit (NewEmptyCkt2) as below

Right-click the new circuit (NewEmptyCkt2) and select [ Generate Ports ]

To generate ports for the circuit (NewEmptyCkt1) as below-left, and repeat the steps above to generate other ports for the circuit (NewEmptyCkt2) as below-right

In general, select the sweeping mode as [ Adaptive ] is better. It computes 20 points per decade below 10MHz and at 1MHz linear step between 10MHz to 1GHz, and at 5MHz linear step from 1GHz to 5GHz and a 50MHz (linear step) above 5GHz. User can press [ Customize ] to define an adaptive frequency sweeping
