Strawberry Caipiroska

Ingredients 1. 2. 3. 4. 1 heaping cup strawberries, hulled 1 tablespoon sugar Ice 2 ounces vodka

Directions 1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle all but 1 of the strawberries with the sugar until juicy. Add enough ice to fill a rocks glass and top with the vodka. Shake briefly to chill, then pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with the reserved strawberry.

Scale ingredients to servings 1 1/2 oz Captain Morgan Original spiced rum 4 1/2 oz Coca-Cola Pour Captain Morgan's Original Spiced Rum and Coca-Cola into a highball glass on the rocks. Mix until the coke fizzes at the top, and serve.

Place salt in a saucer. Rub rim of a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip glass into salt to coat rim thoroughly, reserve lime. Pour tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and crushed ice into a blender. Blend well at high speed. Pour into a cocktail glass.
