Updates & Changes: *Deep Stretch Yoga: Thursday the 11th, morning class only, and Monday the 29th morning and evening. *There is a sign-up sheet for Sunday & Tuesdays Beginner Spin at the front desk. *Only 2 chances left in April to join in for Saturday group training and/or Wednesdays TRX. Prices are $2 for 12 week participants and $5 for members and nonmembers. *No more Friday evening spin class and Friday morning moved to Wednesday a little earlier!

Zumba Fitness- is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements which create a dynamic and exciting fitness program. This class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve cardio and muscle toning benefits. Zumba is fun, easy, and effective, giving you a big calorie burn, 500+, in an hours time. Anyone can do it! You dont need to know how to dance to succeed!
