D.1 Requirements
D.1.1 Intended audience
The intended audience of this document is FIDS Operators, Maintenance People and System Supervisor of the Indian Airports: Trichy, Nagpur, Udaipur, Vizag, Bhubaneswar, Goa, Gaya.
D.1.2 Hardware Prerequisites

Any Pentium Ill-class machine with at least 64Mb RAM is necessary for the SKYWAY FreeFormat to run with adequate performance; higher values of central memory are recommended.
D.1.3 Software Prerequisites

The SKYWAY FreeFormat software is a Windows-based application which runs under Windows 2000 or later; the current release of the software relies on the Oracle database services, accessed via third-party licensed DLLs.

E.1.1 General characteristics of the application

This application allows to define free fromat messages that will be displayed on the devices. The GUI is an Client/Server Windows Application, installed into workstation with an well installed oracle client 9.2 or later.

Windows common characteristics:
Confirm and Discard Buttons.
Navigation Buttons. 1. First record. 2. Last record. 3. Add new record. 4. Delete record. 5. Post changes. 6. Cancel changes. 7. Refresh records.
The padlock open/close shows the user abilitation/disabilitation to modify the object.

Double clicking in the CONTROLLERS part of the window will open a view of the enabled controllers in witch the selected message can be displaied.
