Sciencemade by the Intellectual and Educated Coaches, Art-made by the Super-Stars Players with IQ-superior (Logistic Intelligence) and EQ (Emotional Intelligence) in the performance conditions must be in a perfect balance; Interested to find out why a team is winning and losing a football game, in the last 50 years, we tried various Methodology and Technology of Performance, passing through stages, from pen and paper, to sophisticated videoelectronics apparatus, coming to the conclusion that for this moment The Computer analyzing the game programs and Video-camera are given important info-data. But the reality is difficult to change: The people, who are offering the electronic data, are not specialists in football and the football coaches are not specialized in electronics special programs, and the numbers of game skills are not significant in the judgment of football value (Ex: a team has 10-1 shoots to score and the team with 1 shoot can win the game? So, the game has to be judged to express the content of the qualities, weaknesses and latent /unprepared qualities) But the most difficult aspect to evaluate is connected with the understanding of the Playing Concept of the teams, we need to accept that the Man is making the program of the computer, and the special-man to interpret the data, is finally still - the specialist: The head coaches and their support staff specialized in some football aspects! This is the result of our investigations and there is an algorithm mandatory for the preparation of the new generation of coaches to Understand, to Accept and Implement into practice the new Scientific, Technic and Creative-strategic Practical Solutions, we are confident that we made just one important professional step forward, in the complicated process our: evaluating the game, diagnosing the game value and implementing the results into practical preparation for the next official game.

Hypothesis: Step 1: What are the main factors of making successful a coach and players- to prepare play and win? Step 2: There is a time between the 2 official games, enough to prepare the players and team to play another game, against another opponent and to play 1 or 2 games/week. and win the game? 5. The explanation of their concept of playing & performing:

Players to Play, a mixture specific various clubs, playing mix football (1+2) 3. The referees, must belong to the same football concept, football environment; 3.1. Till FIFA WILL CHANGE THE LAWS OF THE GAME, the referees are the conductors who must help the good development, by calling the players and showing them the red and yellow card, and keep the fight in the sport limits. 3.2. Making decisions dont destroying the game. 3.3. Punishing the brutal and violent, play! (Almost every attack has been fault! 4.
