the youth : impartial and dauntless Like the mighty sun your powers shine Mighty powers you possess, Your attributes are fine Oh! your tremendous creativity, Your undefeated powers physical and mental, Have enough strength to take the world in its hand...!!!!!!! Youth are not only the leaders of tomorrow, but also the partners of today. Youn g people are social actors of change and progress. They are a crucial segment of a nation s development. Their contribution, therefor e, is highly needed. Youth always has been the key to any of the activities in the world be it war, politics, construction wor ks; you name it and youth has , is and will have been involved, there s no 2 way about it. The hunger, desire, motivation, determinatio n and high energy of the youth can make all the difference in either destroying or building a nation.After all, today's youth a re true changemakers ; they are important Champions of Global Dignity.When youth are obsessed with a new idea, they display true en trepreneurial streak. Its them who will form the world of tomorrow, its them who will make tomorrow, its them who will live tomor row....but that's not all ; they are a part of today as well and their contribution is highly valued and expected. Today's you th has the zeal, the power to build the world according to them and lead the people as per their wishes by giving the populati on a new way of life, a new sense of life and a new and better place to fit in. Now the question arises " How do we utilize the enormous potential of youth to in fluence the broader society and effect real change? How do we enlarge physical and mental spaces to let youth into the leaders hip sphere? In totality ,How do we involve bn this generation?" In one sentence, there is a requirement of Focussing on reaching yo ung people instead of simply finding them. We need to integrate them and not infiltrate. Be hard with the problem and soft with the person". There is a need to help youth overcome fear and build trust. Role models inspire youth to become change makers of the present & shapers the future. Youngsters watch, observe and act. Thus, its important to to grab the eyeball of the youth and encourage them to do something and this can be best done by setting up examples in front of them. Recent examples would be Sac hin Pilot and Rahul Gandhi, politicains of today. we need such people for waking up the youth.Not only this,Understanding youth comm unication styles is also crucial to engaging them. This is important in communicating with them and passing our message to them in a way that attracts them and fastens them to work.For this,leaders need to understand what matters to today's youth.Today s chi ldren are born in a world of unlimited communication. To foster creative innovation among them internet and television shows play a major role.Proper guidance to the youth is necessary to prevent them from stepping on the wrong path and gettting carried away with the bad wind. The leaders and the elders should take the responsibility of this and guide the illiterate youth to the right road. To conclude, the need of the hour is to to unleash the creative potential of you th and to transform the classroom to grow leadership.

Youth is present with its hidden talent, the only requirement is to get that tal ent out of the shell and use it for the nation's as well as the youth's advantage. Oh!
