Summary
This article describes keyboard shortcuts that are available in Microsoft Office Word 2010, Word 2007, Word 2003, and Word 2002. If one of the keyboard shortcuts doesn't work for your version of Word, go to one of the following articles: For Word 2010, go to Keyboard shortcuts for Word 2010 (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word-help/keyboard-shortcuts-for-microsoft-word-HP010370109.aspx?CTT=1) . For Word 2007, go to Keyboard shortcuts for Word 2007 (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word-help/keyboard-shortcuts-for-microsoft-officeword-HP010147626.aspx?CTT=1) .

For Word 2003, go to Keyboard shortcuts for Word 2003 (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word-help/keyboard-shortcuts-for-word-HP005186664.aspx?CTT=1) . Notes These keyboard shortcuts refer to the U.S. keyboard layout. Keys on other layouts might not correspond exactly to the keys on a U.S. keyboard. For keyboard shortcuts in which you press two or more keys at the same time, the keys to press are separated by a plus sign (+). For keyboard shortcuts in which you press one key immediately followed by another key, the keys to press are separated by a comma (,). This article does not cover customizing keyboard shortcuts or creating keyboard shortcuts for macros or AutoText. For more information, click a link in the See Also section. If you are using Microsoft Word 2010 Starter, be aware that not all features that are listed for Word are supported in Word Starter. For more information about the features that are available in Word Starter, see Word Starter feature support.
