This primary source was a great resource because it gave us insight on the most important Supreme Court case regarding the Cherokees fate in their homeland of Georgia. This source is a primary source because it has direct information from the event itself. It is a good source because it helped us understand the impact of the gold rush on the Cherokee Indians. This primary source includes documents from the many different court cases relating to the Cherokees during this time period. It had legal documents and images that were pertinent to our research. This primary source was a great source because not only did it have important information, it had pictures that were of great importance to us. Many of the pictures on the website are taken from this source.

It provided exact details about the whole event, including testimonials and images.
