International Price Schedule

General Information

Price Information The scheduled product prices of Chevron Global Marine Products (CGMP) are listed herein. Prices listed herein are in U.S. dollars (USD) per U.S. gallon (USG) and U.S. dollars per liter delivered in bulk. Prices shown include free delivery on the dock along side the vessel to piers or berths accessible to CGMPs delivery equipment during normal operating hours. Prices of any product not listed herein shall be determined by CGMP. Ordering Procedure To obtain CGMP products, customers (vessel owners or operators) should place their orders with the local CGMP office that holds their contract. It is important and cost-effective that as much advance notice as possible is given so that all arrangements can be made for a prompt and efficient delivery. All orders should include the following information: 1. Full name of vessel 2. Full name of customer (owner/operator) 3. Port of supply 4. Vessels ETA 5. Vessels Estimated Time of Delivery (ETD) 6. Requested date of delivery (refer to Working Days Notice) 7. Local agent contact details at delivery port 8. Products, packages and quantities required 9. Method of delivery (bulk or drum) 10. Next port of call and ETA (if known) Availability CGMP products are available at all of the ports listed in the port directory, and every effort is made to maintain inventory levels at each location as per the categories in the port directory (complete line, core line and essential line). All orders are subject to the local inventory conditions at a specific port on any given delivery date. While every effort is made to maintain adequate stock of major products worldwide, there may be occasions when shortages are experienced. CGMP will not be held liable for any claims arising from stock shortages or the inability to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. The availability at each port shown is subject to change. Up-to-date information is available from your local CGMP office. CGMP will supply the product ordered under any one of our family of brands (i.e., Texaco, Chevron or Caltex).

Working Days Notice Customers should place their orders as far in advance as possible. The minimum number of days notice required is shown in the port directory and on the CGMP Internet site (www.chevron.com/marineproducts) for each port. The number of days will be considered working days in the specific port where the delivery is required. When deliveries are required on short notice, CGMP will endeavor to supply. However, any additional charges incurred shall be billed to the customers account. For deliveries made with less than published lead time, an Express Delivery Charge of 250 USD or actual extra costs, whichever is greater, will be billed to the customers account. Working Days Notice commences on the first business hour of receipt at both the sales office and delivery port. Health and Safety CGMP products do not pose a significant health or safety risk when used for their intended purpose and with appropriate precautions. For specific health and safety information on individual CGMP products, please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheets. These publications are available from your CGMP sales representative. CGMP has a firm commitment to health and safety, and reserves the right to refuse supply at a particular location/terminal should the delivery be deemed unsafe by CGMP or the delivery agent. Environment The protection of the environment in which we live and work is of the utmost importance to CGMP. Due to the many new laws and regulations enacted at every governmental level, restrictions on when and how deliveries can be made have been placed in many ports and may be placed in other ports. In the event extra charges (such as boom charges) are incurred when complying with pollution control regulations, the expenses shall be billed to the customers account.

Technical Service CGMP maintains marine representatives at various ports throughout the world who provide assistance to CGMP-lubricated ships to ensure proper handling and use of our products. CGMP representatives are supported by research and technical professionals who provide complete analytical and technical services. Condition Monitoring Services CGMP offers a combination of used oil analysis services that can be built into any Condition Based Monitoring system used onboard to improve operational reliability. FAST is a comprehensive program to monitor the condition of the lubricants in use on each ship serviced by CGMP. The price of the service covers the provision of sample kits and mailing packs and the routine analysis of samples at the CGMP laboratory. Additional or specialized analysis may be performed at extra cost. The DOT.FAST Service is a unique tool to monitor combustion and cylinder conditions of slow-speed engines by a combination of onboard and onshore drip oil analysis. Subscribers receive a DOT.FAST Drip Oil Analyzer, along with everything that is needed to prepare and test samples onboard, and to record, process and interpret results for a contractually agreed period. Additionally, a full set of drip oil samples may be sent for analysis to the CGMP laboratory once every two months during that period. For both services, the reporting of laboratory results is fully computerized to provide fast, reliable and detailed reports on each piece of machinery. Customers can access their results at www.chevron.com/marineproducts using a secure password. Securely packaged samples should be handed to the vessels local agent for dispatch directly to the CGMP laboratory in accordance with the enclosed instructions. Samples should not be given to a delivery agent or sent to a CGMP office as this may lead to undue delays.

Bulk Bulk delivery capabilities are described in the port directory and on the CGMP Internet site (found at www.chevron.com/marineproducts). Bulk deliveries can be made at many ports via barge or tank truck. Deliveries in bulk are subject to product and equipment availability and dock regulations in effect on the actual delivery date. Please refer to the port directory for minimum quantities required to qualify as a bulk delivery by port. Unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 1057 USG (4000 liters) per grade is required to qualify for a bulk delivery. If for any reason a bulk delivery is not possible, CGMP reserves the right to deliver in drums. Drums/Pumping from Drums Marine lubricants are also available in drums. Pumping from drums is available at many ports. Product pumped from drums does not constitute a bulk delivery. The fee for pumping from drums is billed to the customers account and is in addition to the container differential for drums. Any fee for local government regulations pertaining to disposal of drums will also be billed to the customers account. Container Differentials Drum (55 USG/208 L/180 kg/400 lb): 50 USD per drum Pail: 13 USD per pail Other container sizes (cases, etc.): 64 USD per unit Prices for greases are for products delivered in 400 lb/180 kg drums inclusive of the cost of the container. Small Delivery Charge For single deliveries of less than 8drums/1600 liters, a Small Delivery Charge of 250 USD shall apply. Subject to Inquiry Ports At ports that are listed as subject to inquiry (S/I) the product prices and delivery charges will be established by CGMP.

Non-Listed Ports CGMP products are often available at ports not listed in this document. Product prices and delivery charges will be es tab lished by CGMP on request. Additional Charges CGMP will endeavor to keep extra charges to a minimum. However, deliveries may be subject to additional charges billed to the customers account if: A vessel is at a location requiring extra manpower or equipment to effect the delivery A delivery is required to be made by barge due to the vessel being at an anchorage or pier that is inaccessible to suppliers trucks Port regulations require the use of oil booms or other pollution control equipment Deliveries are required outside of CGMPs regular delivery area and/or outside of normal operating hours (including Saturday, Sunday and holidays). The charges indicated in this document are subject to change. Should there be an increase in the cost of marine products and/or their components due to unanticipated circumstances or otherwise, the seller may implement, at its sole discretion, a non-discountable temporary price surcharge. Payment Payment should be made in U.S. dollars. Payment by the customer in any currency other than U.S. dollars will be subject to the terms and conditions of the customers Marine Lubricant Agreement with CGMP or, in case of non-contract customers, will be subject to the Terms of Sale as established by CGMP to cover such sale. All prices are quoted ex-tax and ex-duty. All taxes, duties, local custom fees, etc. applicable to any given delivery shall be billed to the customers account. Payment shall be considered past due if not received by seller within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Overdue payments shall be subject, at sellers sole discretion, to a service charge of 2 percent per 30-day period or the maximum rate permitted under applicable law, whichever is less. Customs, Duties and Taxes Local customs, duties and taxes apply at some ports and will be billed to the customers account. Whenever possible, CGMP endeavors to establish bonded stocks to save shipowners such expenses. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all state and local requirements for tax exemption are met and to ensure that the customers agent or representative files proper tax exemption certificates.
