The Star is equipped with Crimson Fires exclusive Tor-MaxTM and Tri-MaxTM body structure, and then set on the industrys rst Vibra-TorqTM Mounting System. Combine this incredibly durable framework with more usable compartment space, a custom designed tank, a lower center of gravity, an ergonomically correct control panel, and increased serviceability; You know what we mean when we say that Crimson Fire goes above and beyond. This philosophy also applies to our position on stainless steel construction. At Crimson Fire, our customers choose stainless steel more than 65% of the time - thats higher than any other major manufacturer. You shouldnt have to sacrice durability for a cheaper price. As we developed the Star Series we focused on nding ways to make stainless steel affordable.
Advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA) allows us to test our apparatus for strength and performance, monitoring the stress points for material efciency. FEA helps to maintain our highly specic manufacturing standards and compartment weight. The Star Series features Crimson Fires exclusive Vibra-TorqTM Body Mount System. This innovation allows the body to oat above the chassis, reducing vibration and stress to give you an extremely durable body. Vibra-TorqTM has a lifetime warranty. The Star Series features Crimson Fires exclusive Tor-MaxTM and Tri-MaxTM Body Structure. This solid tubular structure eliminates ex and twists in formed sheet material, which in turn means less stress/fatigue, creating a more reliable apparatus.

We provide you with more usable compartment space by allowing you to eliminate compartment dividers for longer tools.

Maneuverability.
At times traditional pumpers have a wheelbase in excess of 200. Imagine eliminating the traditional pumphouse in the center of the vehicle, reducing your wheelbase down to 168, and increasing storage capacity. Then combine that with Spartan Chassiss 55 degree cramp angle on the IFS suspension. Thats transforming the way you respond to those in need!

A traditional 44 pumphouse occupies 163 cubic feet of space on a re truck. Thats equivalent to 972 gallons of water. The TransformerTM pumphouse only occupies 33 cubic feet giving you 130 cubic feet more storage. Imagine removing a 1,000 gallon water tank from your apparatus and utilizing that space for storage. Thats transforming the tools available for you to do your job effectively!

Did you know that on 95% of all calls, the pump is not engaged? Of those remaining 5% of calls, how many times do you pull more than a hand line?
