Terms of Service and Acceptable Uses Policy

Clause pertaining to an Individual. Commission Structure Individual seeking a commission pattern of flat 40% on the sale price has to deposit with Soubhagya, a security deposit of Rs __________. Individual depositing no security deposit with Soubhagya will get a flat commission if 20% on the sale price.

Financial and Billings Individual dealer doing business without any business document, current a/c or a trade licence has to collect all the payments from his clients on behalf of Soubhagya and deposit the same with Soubhagya within 3 working days. Commission for such payments shall be calculated at the end of month, and transferred to dealer within 7 th of next month. All invoices against such payments will be generated by Soubhagya.

Clause pertaining to a Sole Proprietorship or Partnership Firm Commission Structure Partnership Firm seeking a commission pattern of flat 40% on the sale price has to deposit with Soubhagya, a security deposit of Rs __________.. Partnership Firm depositing no security deposit with Soubhagya will get a flat commission of 20% on the sale price.

Financial and Billings Proprietorship firm or any other institution with proper business documents, current a/c , trade license can called payment from his client and need to generate invoice against such payments from proprietor firm name.

Soubhagya will be selling the products to _____________ and not to _________ clients. All support, service and any other liabilities has to be borne by ____________ only. For such transaction 3 duplicate copies of invoice needs to be generated. One copy to be delivered to clients, another copy has to be sent to Soubhagy at the end of every month , and the remaining copy is to be kept with own .
