to R. If they are having mistakes she asks the other children to correct the student. (10 minutes). Teacher tells them to open their books at page 40. They are to match the sentences in ex 1at page 40 with the pictures in ex 1b at the same page. There are five sentences and five images. (10 minutes). Then they are to solve exercise 3 at page 41. They are to match the sentences with the images. There are four images and four sentences. These sentences contain prepositions of place (near, under, on and in). (5 min) Then they are given some known words with a missing letter (the words are: be_room, kitch_n, liv_ng room, bath_oom, fat_er, mot_er). Teacher writes these words on the blackboard. They are to solve this exercise into their notebooks. (5 min). They are asked to say the missing letter (they are named) and teacher writes it on the blackboard. Timing

ACTIVITY 3 Writing + Speaking + Reading Interaction Aim: To match the words with the pictures To practice writing To spell some words To translate some given sentences into English T Ss Procedure: 1. Then teacher tells that they are to match the given words with the Ss T pictures. 2. They are shown four images of the four rooms in the house (kitchen, Ss Ss living room, bathroom and bedroom) and teacher writes on the Pair work blackboard the four names of the room in a column. They are to match the given words with the pictures. 3. They are to solve this exercise into their notebooks. 4. They only have to write the numbers and the letters corresponding to each other. (5 minutes) 5. Then they are given some sentences in Romanian and they are to translate them into English. They are to work in pairs. (10 min). 6. After finishing they are named to say what they have written, they are to say the English translation of the given sentences. They have to read the sentences from their notebooks. (5 minutes) 7. The sentences are the following: a. Eu am o cas portocalie. b. Acesta este dormitorul meu. c. Dan este in buctrie Final activity (homework): 1-2 min. Next Lesson: Lesson 5: Enjoy English!
