RESOLUTION 0002-1314

A Resolution Stating the Assignment of Directorships in the 20th Directorate WHEREAS, stipulated in Article I Section 9 of the 3rd Directorates Enactment 013, the Director of a specialized area shall have the function of an investigative person who shall study and recommend possible policies or actions on issues concerning student interest and welfare. He/she, being a member of the Directorate, shall be responsible for the drafting and lobbying of policies formulated. WHEREAS, during the 20th Directorate Basic Orientation last March 18, 2013; the college council presidents were given the opportunity to choose their desired directorship. WHEREAS, the Directors for each specialized area are as follows: Director of Academic Affairs Director of Environmental Affairs Director of Formation and Social Involvement Director of Information and Promotion Director of Physical Enhancement Director of Political Affairs Director of Rules and Regulation Director of Student Services and Welfare Irish Crest G. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the assignment of directorships to the 20th Directorate members mentioned herein has been duly approved. Done this 2nd day of April, 2013 at Loyola Conference Room, Xavier University- Ateneo de Cagayan, Cagayan de Oro City, by the 20th Directorate in session assembled.
