Your commitment to a schedule reserves the space for your child and dictates our staffing, as a result we are unable to prorate for holidays, vacations, absences or illness- we are not able to offer make-up days. Re-enrollment Summer enrollment is optional, however, to reserve a place for the upcoming Fall a deposit and commitment is required. Trial Period The First two weeks in my program are an adjustment or trial period. During this time, either of us may terminate this contract immediately without written notice. Termination after the Trial Period After the two week trial period has been completed, you must give me a two-week written notice if you wish to terminate this contract. I may terminate the contract at will without giving any notice. By signing this contract, you acknowledge that you have read my policies outline in the handbook and agree to follow them. I may amend my policies and/or contracts at any time by giving you a copy of the new policies at least two weeks before they go into effect. If I fail to enforce one or more of the terms in this contract or the handbook that does not waive my right to enforce any of the other terms of this contract.
