RENT OPTIONS AND SCHEDULE

B1. Rent Options:

DOUBLE OR TRIPLE ROOM – Select all that apply

 Summer Break 2009

TWO HUNDRED dollars ($200) paid in full by July 27th, 2009, AND the tenant’s contract was in full force the
semester prior to the summer break 2009 (Summer 2009), OR, they have a signed contract for the semester
following summer break 2009 (Fall 2009).

 Fall 2009
EIGHT HUNDRED FOURTY dollars ($840) if paid in full by September 10th, 2009 OR in four payments of TWO
HUNDRED TWENTTY dollars ($220) as specified in section 4. RENT PAYMENTS below

 Winter 2010
EIGHT HUNDRED FOURTY dollars ($840) if paid in full by the start of winter semester (first day of class), 2010
OR in four payments of TWO HUNDRED TWENTTY dollars ($220) as specified in section 4. RENT PAYMENTS

 Summer 2010
FIVE HUNDRED dollars ($500) if paid in full by the start of summer semester (first day of class), 2010 OR in four
payments of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE dollars ($125) as specified in section 4. RENT PAYMENTS below.

NINE HUNDRED SIXTY dollars ($960) if paid in full by September 10th, 2009 OR in four payments of TWO

 Winter 2010
NINE HUNDRED SIXTY dollars ($960) if paid in full by the start of winter semester (first day of class), 2010 OR in
four payments of TWO HUNDRED FOURTY-FIVE dollars ($245) as specified in section 4. RENT PAYMENTS

 Summer 2010
FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY dollars ($580) if paid in full by the start of summer semester (first day of class), 2010
OR in four payments of ONE HUNDRED FOURTY FIVE dollars ($145) as specified in section 4. RENT
PAYMENTS below.

B2. Rent Payment Schedule:

All rents are due payable to Allen Properties.

Partial semester rent payments are due on the first day of each month, or, if at the start of the semester, the first
regular day of class at place Management may designate. Any rents paid after this date shall be considered late and
incur a FIVE dollar ($5) per day late fee.

Please note: Tenants renting Winter and then the following Summer semester will incur their final Winter semester rent
payment on April 1st, 2010, their first Summer semester rent payment on the first day of class for summer semester
2010, and then their second Summer semester rent payment on May 1st, 2010.

Tenant agrees to pay $ 30.00 for each dishonored check

B3. Rent Discounts:

 Referral Discount - $50.00 per signed lease agreement

Resident has referred one or more tenants to Allen Ridge who have subsequently signed a residential leas/rental
agreement for Fall/Winter semester. This qualifies resident for a one time $50.00 per signed referral discount on rent.
