This 2 year European Social Funded project, Learning in Working Life (LiA) includes a development project with 10 local West Swedish municipalities and administrations and aims to promote; "Workplace development and workplace learning that creates better health and greater well-being of employees and managers, and that leads to improved quality and greater efficiency in the operation of municipal administrations" The purpose of LiA is to develop work organizations that constantly learn new things. TOPIC: The Children and Young Peoples Project: An innovative touch screen technology assisted system designed by children and young people to tell adults about their experiences of using health services. Presentation and conversation about systematically gathering patient experiences, in real time, and using them to improve services.
