Introduction
In this document we will talk about the death penalty. Well, the death penalty is the ultimate denial of human rights: is the premeditated and cold-blooded murder by the state. This cruel, inhuman and degrading punishment, imposed in the name of justice, violates the right to life as proclaimed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We decided to be against the death penalty in all cases without exception regardless of the nature of the crime, the characteristics of the offender or the method used by the state to end the life of the convicted person.
Development
I think the state should have the obligation to protect the lives of all its citizens without exception. As a State does not have to decide who deserves to live or not. In addition to a failure to protect murdered more victims than the perpetrators isolated or keeping them looking their rehabilitation if possible. In my opinion, justice must behave humanly and morally superior to the criminals who judges. Why?, Because if the law applies the same coin to put criminals in a sense to their level, and if at the same level how can you say that is worthy to judge?
Conclusion
"The solution is not to kill but to make the state comply with its duty to morally educate, punish promptly and hospitably cured preventing these actions misfits, evil and / or sick" An important argument is that to err is human and that our judiciary is inefficient and corrupt. In this regard, it is noted that there is no security to implement the death penalty for the possibility of making an error.
