Single-Wide Hammer Mill

The 22 and 38 Single-Wide models have a Solid Rotor Design and chain-type screen retaining system.

Double-Wide Hammer Mill

The Double-Wide models with DUAL GRINDING CHAMBER feature two 24 wide or two 30 wide segmented screens.

Cradle Screen Retainers

hold screens tightly in position against the Hammermill casing to eliminate leakage. Opens smoothly for fast and easy screen changes.

LOW PROFILE DOORS

The smaller and standard motors are readily available and Economical. Dual Motors also reduce in-rush current during start-up.

All grinding chambers have large bearings on each end. Full Support Design results in longer machine life and better reliability. Cylinders are reversible

A Reversible Inlet Bafe

directs material down one side or the other to maintain even wear. The inlet accepts a spout or a rotary type feeder - BOTH WITH MAGNETIC PROTECTION.

OPTIONS
Pocket
Feeders spread material evenly across the full width of the Hammer mill. Pocket Feeders eliminate the need for separate rotary or knife valves. Polyurethane, Cast Iron or Aluminum vane pockets are available. Hammer Mill Vibration Switch senses an out-ofbalance condition and triggers an alarm.

Slotted housing allows the Cylinder and Bearings to be removed as a unit.

Heavy-Duty Main Bearings Rugged, large and long-lasting Pillow-Block Bearings for dependable performance. Screens may be reversed from side to side or rerolled to expose new sharp edges. Extends Screen Life. Quick-Release Door Latch and Limit Switches

Wear Plates for Extra Life

Abrasion resistant 3/8 Wear Plates protect the inside of the grinding chambers in all product contact areas and provide extra strength. Replaceable Wear Plates extend machine life.
