Assignments
Homework:
Homework will be collected on specified due date and solutions will be posted on the class website. Questions about homework grading will be addressed by the TAs. If you miss a homework due to an EXCUSED ABSENCE, those missing points will not be included in your final homework grade.

Exams:
There will be one in-class mid-term exam and one three-hour final exam. The final exam is scheduled for Monday, 14 MAR, 3:00PM to 6:00PM (Location TBD). Questions about exam grading will be addressed by the Instructor.

Grading
Grading:
The final grades are normalized so that the best student receives a score of 100. The letter grade breakdown is: 90-100 = A, 80-90 = B, 70-80 = C, etc. Plus/minus grades will be assigned. Assignments are weighted on the following scale: Homework = 40%, Mid-Term Exam = 30%, Final Exam = 30%. There will be no extra credit assignments.

Academic Integrity:
All students are expected to know their responsibilities and uphold the standards of academic honesty and engineering professionalism. Academic misconduct can have serious penalties and will be reported to university administration. Refer to the UCSD website for details.
