1. A place will be reserved for you upon receipt of your registration. Please make your payment by bank transfer upon registration. Please indicate the course code (e.g. EC50) and applicant initials on the transfer 2. After registering, an email confirming your reservation will be sent 2 weeks before course commences. Full payment must be received by FSE Global at least 2 weeks before course commences otherwise confirmation is void. Refund of any amount shall not be made for cancellation of training course, if notification in writing is given less than 1 month before course commencement. An administrative fee of 20% shall be imposed for all cancellations. Refund of any amount shall not be made for any cancellation of examination regardless of notification period given. Processing of applications subject to receipt of all stipulated forms and / or documents, where required, and these must be duly completed and submitted together with full payment before the stipulated closing date. All candidates applying for the ISA Certificate Examinations shall assume full responsibility for referring to the ISA website at http://www.isa.org to read and fully understand all the terms and conditions set by ISA. A substitute participant is allowed for the training course if notification in writing is given not less than 10 working days before course commences. Substitution of participant for the examination is not allowed. Participants have 3 months from the end of the course to sit for the examination at a Prometrics Testing Centre otherwise the exam fees paid will be forfeited. The examination can be retaken within the 3 month period at additional cost. Administrative fees of 20% of course fees shall be imposed for all short notice postponement (if notification in writing is given less than 10 working dates before course commencement.)

10. Registering for the ISA SIS training course or examination constitutes your full acceptance of all registration terms and conditions, cancellation policies and refund policies. FSE Global reserves all rights to cancel the training course or examination without specific reason or explanation. In such an unlikely event, written notification and 100% refund of fees shall be sent to participants.
