Default Capabilities

Mystic Right: Someone is only able to wield a ring should the ring judge them worthy of it's powers(an RPM). A Makluan Heir will always be judged worthy however. Power Source: Each ring can act as an incredible powerful source near inexhaustable energy to machines or absorbers even when it is not in the possesion of someone able to use it's power(see Mystic Right above). Despite being nearly "inexhaustable" in energy, they rate and speed at which the rings can expell energy is limited. Indestructible: Each ring is indestructible to all but the most powerful forces of the universe, making them incredibly hard to permanantly dispose of. When all 10 are in posession of a single man, they may be destroyed by the one wielding them. Makluan Armor Creation: The Makluan's armor is created by the rings. The user can make the armor and segments of it, disappear and reappear around him. Only Makluan heirs may access the armour. Enhanced Strength: How strong the armor is depends on how many rings the wearer has. 10 Ton lift by default with 10+ tons strength with every additional ring, making 100 the limit. Enhanced Durability: How durable the armor is depends on how many rings the wearer has. Enhanced Speed: While wearing the Makluan's armor, the ring's wearer may fly in the air at Sonic Speeds. Levitation: A ring's wearer has the power to levitate and fly in the air. Ring Detection: The rings can form a map that shows ring locations and can even emit a light that reveals temple walls and entrances. This ability is the most restrictive and only Makluan heirs may access it and even then only on occasion will it work. Rings generally won't appear on the map if they havent been physicaly touched in some time or havent been in use, though can become visible on the map randomly even in these cases(by RPMs). (Energy Manipulation)Purple Ring: Allows the ring's wearer to teleport and manipulate energy for various purposes. Teleportation: The ring's wearer can teleport himself and others anywhere he wants. His range of teleportation increases with the more rings he holds, even to other dimensions. The ring alone can transport the wearer several miles. 2(Cities) 3(states), 4(Countries), 5(Continents), 6(Other Planets within Sol), 7+(Other Dimensions & Solar Systems)

Force Fields: The ring's wearer can use force fields in battle. He can use them to shield himself from stronger attacks. They also reflect his opponents attacks against them. Energy Blast: The ring's wearer can project blasts of energy that explode on contact with something.

(Impact Beam) Green Ring: This Ring allows the wearer to generate and project various forms of energy, usually with concussive force. Green Ring: Can project various forms of energy, usually with concussive force. Energy Projection: It can project powerful beams to blast his enemies into submission. They can grow stronger when enhanced by more rings(10 Tons for every Additional Ring). His standard blasts are orange in appearance. His weakest blasts are small green beams, and his most powerful are black and white. Lightning Generation: The wearer can generate strong lightning when this ring is enhanced by the 9 others. He can generate lightning large enough to be seen from all of New York City. The generation of such strong lightning can only be used once every 10 minutes. Power Grid(Str used as NRG Str) Strength: 6(Normal) 6-9(Additional Rings) Energy Strength: 8(9+ Rings through Lightning only) Energy Distance: 5(Normal), 6(4 Rings), 7(9 Rings)

(Water Manipulation)Blue Ring: This has power over liquid water. The maximum amount of water this ring's wearer may have under their control is 500,000 gallons, which increases by 50,000 gallons with every additional ring: With all 10 the wearer may control 950,000 gallons of water. Notably: A 34 foot high tank that has a 50 foot diameter would hold 500,000 gallons.

(Heat Generation)Red Ring: This gives the wearer the ability to create and control fire(in the presence of Oxygen) and heat any way he wishes. The Ring's wearer will also gain immunity to all forms of heat, no matter how intense. The amount of heat the wearer may generate is 5,000 Degrees Farenheight. It's temperature limit increases with each additional ring by another 1,000 degrees. The ring's wearer may also decrease the heat of anything within it's enviorment up to 90 feet, allowing him to extinguish flames instantly. The minimum temperature something can be

(Cold Generation) Yellow Ring: This ring allows the wearer to project waves of intense cold and ice(through the earth's ambient moisture) and control it for a variety of effects, including trapping foes in ice blocks and sheaths or constructs. The Ring's wearer will also gain immunity to all forms of coldness. The ring's generated ice and coldness is 100 Celcius and with each additional ring becomes a 19.2 Celcius. With all 10 rings, the ice comes out to 273.14 Celcius. The generated ice is hard enough to block bullets. Power Grid Durability: 4(Normal), 6(4+ Rings), 7(9+ Rings) Energy Strength: 4, 5(9+ Rings) Energy Distance: 5, 6(9+ Rings)

(Matter-Rearranger)Orange Ring: This ring's wearer has the ability to alter inorganic matter. This allows the wearer to manipulate the atomic and molecular structures of inorganic matter. It cannot transmute or affect objects encased in force or energy fields. The altered matter may not change in weight or be destroyed. It may also not be changed in state, meaning a solid may not become a gas or vice versa. Power Grid Energy Distance: 2

(Psionic Energy)Crimson Ring: This ring magnifies the wearer's psionic energies, granting him power over the mind of others and enhancement to his own mind. Hypnosis: It can influence the minds of others to control them and cloud their memories. This ability is not absolute, as anyone can fight it and break free of it. The more control the ring's wearer attempts to gain over their victim, the easier it becomes to resistl.

Clairvoyance: All hidden knowledge can be accessed through this ring. Such as passwords that would otherwise be unknown. Heightened Awareness: This gives the user advanced awareness of his surroundings, which can allow the detection of even those who are invisible or otherwise cloaked. It will also allow hidden things in the enviorment to be found with relative ease

Knowledge Transference: The ring's wearer can transfer knowledge from his mind to the targeted mind or vice versa. It can be used to replay memories in another person's mind. Mental Illusions: The ring's wearer may psionically generate illusions within the minds of others. These illusions are very realistic and are capable of affecting all of the senses (vision, hearing, taste, touch and smell). Mental Sedation: The ring's wearer may psionically sedate someone who has been knocked unconcious, allowing them to keep them in such a state indefinately, as long as they continue to sedate. Astral Projection: The ring's wearer may project their astral form from their body onto astral planes or the physical planes. In the physical plane one can travel in astral form over vast distances. Mind Link: The ring's wearer may develop a mental link with any person, which remains as a connection to that individual long after the link itself is broken. Telepathic Tracking: The ring's wearer may detect and track other sentient beings by their unique psionic emanations (thought patterns contained in the psionic portion of the spectrum), especially if they pose a threat to one's wellbeing in their immediate vicinity.

(Wind Generation)White Ring: Grants the power of wind to the user. The maximum wind speed that the user may generate is just over 85 mph. Every additional ring grants 5 mph to the wind's speed: This means 145 mph is the maximum speed of the wind. The wind may be manipulated in up to 100 feet, but once it has been manipulated it can maintain itself based on its own power once out of range of the ring until it naturally diminishes or is haulted by other means. Wind Vortex: The ring causes the air to move about at high speed in a vortex. The vortex can be used as an offensive weapon, as a means of levitating objects, or as a means of propelling the ring's wearer through the air.

Super Speed: The ring allows the user to move as fast as the wind they may create, however it does not boost reflexes nor agility.

(Disintegration Beam) Pink Ring: This ring allows the wearer to project a beam of energy capable of destroying the bonds between the atoms and molecules, causing inanimate & inorganic objects to disintegrate. This ring must recharge for 20 minutes after each use. With each additional ring, there is a -1 minute from the recharge time: With all 10 it has a recharge time of 5 minutes. (Life Manipulation) Black Ring: This ring grants the power to create life to a limited extent. It is however not possible to revive the dead with it. It can be used to breathe life into inanimate objects, giving them a low level of intelligence and maneuverability that is typically controled by the ring's wearer. If this is used on items that have a connection with someone, such as a favored weapon, the weapon will show affinity toward's it's accustomed wielder instead of the ring's wearer. The ring's wearer may only grant life to inorganic matter of up to 10 tons in weight at any given time, though each additional ring will increase the limit by 10 tons. Should an object become independant of the ring's wearer, it will no longer count in this material weight limit.
