PROJECT EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement made and entered into in Quezon City by and between;

GENERAL

Whereas, the CONTRCATOR and PROJECT EMPLOYEE in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements made herein by these presents enter into a contract of PROJECT EMPLOYMENT whereby the CONTRACTOR engaged the services of the PROJECT EMPLOYEE on the following terms and conditions: 1. That the PROJECT EMPLOYEE agrees to give his time for a certain period in the day and perform services upon the instruction and direction of the CONTRACTOR, payable every week. 2. It is further agreed by the parties hereto that this contract shall terminate upon completion of the CONTRACT of services with the above stated firms, which notices shall be given to the PROJECT EMPLOYEE within seven (7) days prior to the actual cessation of the services.

3. It is also stipulated that the PROJECT EMPLOYEE is not an employee of whatever status but acknowledge that he is a mere PROJECT EMPLOYEE terminable upon termination of the project or the expiration of the contract services and not entitled to the benefits under the labor laws of the Philippines and special laws affecting laborers. 4. The CORONTRAC may terminate the project employee upon confirmation after investigation that the latter committed offenses against company rules and regulation, and other infractions against the interest of the CONTRACTOR.
