DatamedFT Format Translator

A translator system consists of the DatamedFT v2 Software License plus one or more Device Licenses. A Device License is required for each acquisition EKG device that will send records to the translator software. Each order must specify the quantity and model number(s) of the devices. The DatamedFT v2 Software License is configured for a specific Host System and cannot be changed. DatamedFT v1 systems are no longer eligible for a discounted upgrade to v2, but a trade-in credit is available for systems up to 10 years old contact us for details. This is required for all installations and includes the DatamedFT software. In addition to the software, Device Licenses must be purchased for each acquisition device as listed below.

This allows a test server and/or a redundant backup server to be running with the same configuration as the production server.

This license is intended for customers who have two different storage / management systems and want to set up a data feed from one to the other. It does not apply to acquisition devices.

DatamedWorklist
DatamedWorklist is an optional add-on for DatamedFT that provides worklist capability. This option allows supported devices to query compatible host management systems for pending orders. As with DatamedFT, Device Worklist Licenses must be purchased for each acquisition device that will query worklists. NOTE: These costs are in addition to the license costs for DatamedFT. Warranty, Installation, and Support / Maintenance Agreements

All software products come with a ninety (90) day warranty against defects. Assistance with installation and configuration is provided at no cost for the first thirty (30) days after purchase. A Support / Maintenance Agreement (SMA) includes technical support by phone, email, and remote access, and it includes patch releases for all covered software products. DatamedRcv EKG Receiver Modules

DatamedRcv EKG Receiver Modules provide protocol-specific reception for certain devices. Receiver Modules run as system services that monitor serial or (W)LAN ports for the desired protocol. EKG files written to the DatamedFT service will translate to the appropriate destination format. Depending on the desired service, additional hardware and/or setup may be necessary.

DatamedSnd EKG Transmitter Modules

DatamedSnd EKG Transmitter Modules provide protocol-specific transmission mechanisms for host systems that may not be able to load a file directly. Transmitter Modules run as system services that monitor a folder for translated files and sends the files using the appropriate protocol.

SDLC Receiver Module (For legacy Marquette cardiographs using the SDLC protocol)
This module will receive transmissions from legacy GE/Marquette SDLC (MAC-6, MAC-8, MAC-12, MAC-15, MAC-PC, and MAC-VU) cardiographs. This module includes a PCI or PCIe card (with 1, 2, or 4 modem ports RoHS compliant), driver software, and 1, 2, or 4 SDLC modems. Multiple modules may be installed in a single computer.
