ANALYSIS: From the above analysis we can say that 74 % of the employees says good,5% says Excellent,21 % says average of the statutory &non- statutory of welfare programs provided by Dairyfarm, but sum of them have particularly knowledge of welfare measures . INTERPRETATION: Employees are good about statutory and non statutory welfare programmes.

ANALYSIS: From the above graph it reveals that the 76 % of the employees say excellent 20% says average, 4% says below average with the social security measures taken by the most as a part in its welfare programs of Dairyfarms, Some of them feel that to improve the measures by the management.
