Multiguard Indepth TA The Multiguard In-depth Type TA system renders concrete structure impermeable to the intrusion of harmful moisture without the use of costly external membranes or other waterproofing material. Mixed into slurry and applied by brush to the surface to new or existing concrete surface Multiguard In-depth reduces long-term maintenance costs by eliminating the penetration of moisture and waterborne chemicals in concrete building and other structures.

The high growth waterproofing chemicals in Multiguard Indepth combines with water to create an environmentally safe chemical reaction. The result is the formation of

numerous long needle-like crystals that penetrate and fill pores, capillaries and hairline cracks in the concrete, permanently blocking moisture travel.

Premix RM 100
Premix RM 100 is a polymer modified ready to use repair mortar, for repairing honey combed concrete, deteriorated substrate etc. Premix RM 100 has superior bonding characteristics that lock on to the substrate giving permanent adhesion making it an ideal material for repairing cracks, joints and damaged areas in the concrete and masonry. b. 1. Horizontal Substrate and Construction Joints A. Dry-Sprinkle and Power-trowel or Wooden Float Application:
A trial dry-shake application is recommended prior to the actual application. Standard application for concrete: When the concrete to be treated starts to reach initial set, the specified amount of In-depth Type A is dry distributed by hand, using a sieve or similar device , onto the concrete surface. It is then troweled in until coverage is uniform and the specified finish is achieved.

2.Vertical Surface Retaining wall and Joints Treatment Surface is scrubbed by wire brush surface is cleaned such that no foreign material is residing on the substrate then we saturate the substrate and coating on the substrate is done with Multiguard Indepth TypeA @1Kg/m2 and it utilizes the initial moisture present on the surface and starts initiating the reaction and goes deep into the concrete. This treatment is not limited to only positive side treatment it can be very well applied from negative side with sure shot success. A. 1. Chip a 1 wide by 1.5 deep chase along the entire length of any existing cracks or joints. 2. Clean the surface/groove with clean water to remove all dust and loose concrete. If water is actively flowing through the cracks/joints/surface follow step 3. If no flowing water follow step 4. 3. Prepare a putty of Plug (fast setting plugging compound). Mix only enough material that can be placed in 1 minute. Press the putty into the chase beginning at one end of crack. Place one third of the depth of the chase with putty. Hold for 1 minute or until material is set. 4. Mix In-depth into putty consistency and fill 2/3 of the surface. 5. Fill the remaining groove with Multiguard Indepth Mortar after preparing to a putty consistency. 6. Prepare the slurry of Multiguard In-depth and coat the surface. 7. Protect the application from rain, excessive wind and sunlight for 24 hours
