The new implemented system allows an employee set her/his objectives at the beginning of a year and would try to achieve that throughout the year with a mid-year review and year-end assessment. 2009: Attended 5 day long 8th International Conference on Human Resource Management & Development 2009 organized by Rapport Bangladesh Limited at Dhaka, where HR leaders from both home and abroad delivered their valuable ideas and thoughts on Human Resources or Human Capital for maximizing their efficiencies. 2007: Attended a daylong training on Effective Interviewing Skills organized by the HRD, ICDDR,B. This is designed to enhance the skill levels of the interviewers of a panel board with lot of role play, mock interviews, etc. 2006: Attended a daylong workshop on Occupational Safety & Hygiene organized by DaNi Resources Center.
