Subject to any restrictions below, The MathWorks, Inc. ("MathWorks") hereby grants You a license to install and use the Utility, but only for the purpose of enabling the validly licensed instance of MATLAB to which Your license is associated to serve an iPhone by means of a MathWorks-licensed iPhone application. This license is personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable. Your use of the Utility will require a MathWorks account log-in. MathWorks may periodically perform technical verification of your license to ensure compliance with these terms. 2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS.
