Proposed Rehabilitation of Water Supply System, Imarflex Building Buendia Ave, Makati City Evergood Unlimited Inc. Mr. Rene Zapanta E & V Design Associates TRADECON SYSTEMA 15 February 2012

The project calls for the total Rehabilitation and replacement of all existing water supply line pipes from the tank deck up the supply point of each floor level. The Architect-Builder, in consideration of the payment to be made by the Owner to the Architect-Builder of the sum of money hereinafter named, agrees to furnish all labor and materials, equipments, tools and other facilities and the satisfactory and faithful performance of all the work necessary to commence and complete the Project, ready for use as shown as agreed upon during the ocular inspection conducted by both parties. I. Scope of Works Works included under this Contract shall include: A. Replacement of existing GI pipes of various sizes with PPR Pipes and fittings B. Chipping and restoration of affected masonry areas C. General clean-up II. Commencement and Completion of Works

The work stipulated in this contract shall be completed after THIRTY (30) working days excluding Sundays and Holidays after commencement of work. III. Contract Amount and Manners of Payment A. The Owner agrees that for and in consideration of the faithful performance by the Architect-Builder of this Contract, the Owner shall pay to the Architect-Builder, in a manner provided hereinafter, the amount FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY NINE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY of (P 439,000) ONLY. Thirty-five percent (35%) of total contract cost to be paid as down payment prior to commencement of work and signing of this construction contract. Balances through progress billing and work accomplishments. Final and full payment of not less than ten (10%) percent of the consideration herein above mentioned shall be made by the Owner to the Architect-Builder upon receipt of final Owners approval but not more than 30 days upon turn-over.

EXCLUSIONS 1. Separate contracts shall be prepared for any variances or additional works not stipulated or included in the scope of works. In WITNESS WHEROF the Client and the Architect-Builder hereby signify their full understanding and conformity to the terms and conditions of this Agreement by affixing their signatures on this 14th of February in the year two thousand twelve.
