Urine: 1. 2. 3. 4. Stool: 1. 2. 3. 4. Collect midstream urine (middle part of a single continuous urination) in a sterile vial/bottle/container. Cover the urine container properly. Label the urine container with your name. Bring your collected urine to UG13/UG14 immediately (within one hour after collection). Collect pea size or peanut size of stool from the mid portion using a spatula or applicator stick into a sterile vial/bottle/container. Bloody & mucoid portion must also be included. Avoid mixture with urine or water. Cover the stool container properly. Label the stool container with your name. Bring your collected stool to UG13/UG14 immediately (within one hour after collection). Urine for Drug Testing will be collected at the Institute Clinical Laboratory under direct observation.
