DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING GUIDE LINES FOR PREPARATION OF SEMINAR REPORT EFFECTIVE DELIVERY OF SEMINAR
Following points should be noted for effective delivery of Seminars: 1. Basic idea behind selection of Seminar topic. 2. Block-diagrammatic explanation of Seminar. 3. Clear idea of input to the circuit & desired response. 4. Criteria for circuit design. 5. Block-diagrammatic explanation of circuit. 6. Functional & Operational explanation of each block. 7. Problems visualized if any. 9. Maximum 15 min. will be given per student. 10. Use 10-15 slides for power point presentation, highlight main topics & Block or circuit diagram. 11. Refer the IEEE Papers for selection of topic.

Seminar report should be submitted to the undersigned in the prescribed following format. - Report should be precise & to the point - Minimum of 25 pages, Standard A-4 size. - Gray color spiral binding should be used. - Times New Roman font type of 12 should be used for rest of the text through the seminar report - Front page & certificate should be in the prescribed format. - Format is available in computer lab. - Indivisible copy of Seminar report should prepared by each student. - Guide copy should be submitted to respective Guides. - Department copy should be submitted to the undersigned - Front page & certificate should not contain any page Number. - Page no of content pages will be capital roman format & it should be at the Middle bottom of the page. - Page no of first chapter will be invisible. - Rest of the page number will be visible & it should be at the middle bottom of each page up to end of conclusion page. - Page no of reference, data sheet, appendix etc. should be at the bottom corner of the page.
