Project Description:
Eli Lilly is a leading innovation-driven pharmaceutical corporation. They develop best-inclass pharmaceutical products by applying the latest research from their own worldwide laboratories and from collaborations with well-known scientific organizations. Lilly is in the process of implementing Answers V10, in alignment with Lillys global vision of having a common data warehousing strategy across affiliates. Answers V10 consists of Data Acquisition, Generic Transformation and Data Load Stages. The Data Acquisition Stage is where the flat files stored in the delivery Area are being picked up and loaded into the Answers Transformation Area. The Data in each file will be split into sets of data depending on the record type and loaded into the Input Table (INPT_xxxx) specific to the record type. The GTE provides the transformations that are common to all record-types of all data flows slave/master handling, cross-referencing, code translations and referential integrity enforcement. The Data Load Stage is the step in the process where the data is actually loaded into the EDM tables in the data warehouse.

Responsibility:
Creating Informatica mappings, Sessions and Workflows as per business Requirements. Creating session & scheduling of session for loading data. Used SQL tools like TOAD to run SQL queries and validate the data loaded into the target tables. Created various Transformations like Lookup, Joiner, Aggregate, Filter, Expression, Router, and Update Strategy. Used Oracle Stored Procedures, Functions, and Packages. Project Description:
On the Fact and the report referenced Dimension tables on regular basis to improve the performance. Sonys QUEST reporting caters thousands of its financial users worldwide. The objective of Quest BDC is to integrate the data from SAP source which comprises of Orders, Sales and Inventory, SOD source which contains Sales Dump to Oracle staging, and ICOM data which is Sales data with Order status into Oracle stage. All these data gets integrated in the ODS on daily basis with Incremental loading from the three sources. Data as has been cleansed and transformed as required by the Quest Reporting in ODS. Updated data has been appended into the Quest Fact tables on daily basis from the ODS by bringing the required Natural identifiers from the corresponding Dimension tables. UNIX shell script has been executed during the month ends to handle the previous months last day snapshot for reporting reference for the Open orders that fall under current months revenue period. SCD 2 has been used to maintain the history for the closed orders. Range partitioning has been applied on the Fact table that holds huge data in the CDW environment. Bitmapped Indexes

are applied on all the Fact tables to improve the query and reporting performance. Statistics were gathered

Project Description:
NAP (New Auto Product) is a new Auto product to be offered by Farmers Insurance Group. This new product will use a rating methodology that will differ from current Auto product (a.k.a. Legacy Auto Product) by applying rating factors (e.g. surcharges, discounts, points, etc.) across the household (i.e. quote), drivers, and vehicles. With the initial rollout of this project, NAP will be quoted for New Business New Households only. The purpose of this document is to detail the business requirements for integrating NAP support in the FDR and the MLCDM Quotes Data Mart. At a high-level, the scope of this project will be limited to augmenting FDR with new table(s) and elements to support NAP Quotes. Some of the new NAP Quoting factors, such as symbols, credit scores, discount, and surcharges from the source system will also be loaded from FDR into the MLCDM Quotes Data Mart to support NAP QuotesAnalytics.

Responsibilities:
Collecting the requirements for Encounter Data Change Requests (CRs). Understanding existing business model and customer requirements. Developing the mappings,workflows as per the requirement specification. Preparation of ETL mapping documents. Zygmunt Motors has specialized in BMW, Audi, VW, Porsche, Volvo and Mercedes parts and accessories since1974. It offers high quality new parts at the lowest wholesale prices to the public and dealers. Under this Data Mart data are captured related to Raw Materials and the processes that may affect the cost of materials procurement, storage, maintenance and dispatch. Main emphasis on analyzing those factors which affects directly the costing of materials for example: Materials procurement time, transportation cost, cost variance over the period of time, interest gain on capital blocked into materials, wastage ratio over the period of time, etc. Data for this Data Mart are captured from different Transactional Databases like: Purchase Order System, Materials Receipt System, Material Issue System, Inventory Control System, Material Costing System, etc. Responsibilities: Creating Mappings using different transformations as per business Logic.. Creating Unit test plan and executing unit test cases. Creating sessions and workflows and schedule them in third party tool as per schedule. Tested the Informatica mappings with manual testing and assisted QA team.
