Entertainment Suites
Gather in style and comfort.
Our Entertainment Suites are perfect for any gathering. Whether youre entertaining clients, holding a company outing, celebrating a birthday party, or simply looking for a fun night out with friends, youll be sure to have a great experience in one of our suites. Each suite is furnished with leather furniture, a mini-refrigerator, TV, hightop tables with bar stools, and most importantly, air conditioning. Plus, each suite has access to the Diamond Lounge, our suite level bar. Suite packages also include:

Free hats. Each person in your group gets an Oklahoma City RedHawks hat. VIP treatment. Each suite rental includes two VIP parking passes and access to the Diamond Lounge. Name in lights. Your groups name will be shown on our giant outfield video screen.
Suite rentals are $750 and only require a $75 refundable deposit at the time of reservation. Think youll have more than 20 people? No problem. Double the size of your Entertainment Suite to accommodate 40 guests for only $1,500 or use our exclusive triple suite to accommodate 60 guests for $2,250. Customizable catering options, including alcohol, are available at an additional cost.

Devon Energy Deck

If youre looking to entertain friends, host an intimate company outing, or just have a party at a RedHawks game, the Devon Energy Deck is the place for you. The open-air, patio-style deck accommodates between 40 and 60 people and is exclusively open to your group for the game. Plus, several food and beverage options are available to meet your needs. To make the outing even more memorable, everyone in your group will receive a complimentary RedHawks souvenir hat created just for our Devon Energy Deck guests.

The Devon Energy Deck costs just $15 per person and only requires a $100 refundable deposit at the time of reservation. But dont wait. Dates for the Devon Energy Deck fill up quickly.

In addition to any group outing, if youre looking to have a relaxed, laid-back experience, you should consider a Picnic at the Park. Its a great way to entertain your employees and clients, or just enjoy a baseball game with a bunch of friends. The picnic area is available to any group of 10 or more and includes a semiprivate, covered, outdoor space that can accommodate up to 400 people. This is more than your average picnic. For only $11.50, your picnic group package features unlimited food for two hours, including:

Redhawks Fundraising
A fun way to make money for your group.
If youre looking to have a fun event and make some extra money for your organization, you should consider using RedHawks tickets to help accomplish your goals. We have several groups who have used our fundraising program to raise money for new uniforms, scholarships, mission trips, special activities, non-profit funding and many other causes. All you need to do is pick the date and package that works best for you. Then we re-price the ticket, so your organization keeps the overage. Most groups will add between $1 and $5 to each ticket so your organization can make money just by enjoying a great event with the RedHawks! We can also help you get the word out by providing marketing materials to make your event as turnkey as possible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. When should I book my group outing? In general, you should book your group outing as soon as possible. Our best games will sell out, and we want to make sure you can get the date you would like. 2. What if I need help in making my decision? Call your group representative. We realize that booking group outings is new to some. Thats why were here to help. 3. How do I pay for a group outing? Booking a group outing with us is extremely easy. In fact, you can do it over the phone. You give us the information, and well set up your event. We do require a refundable deposit of either 10% or $100, whichever is less, at the time of reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your group outing. 4. Where does my group park? There are a variety of public parking options in the Bricktown area. Talk to your group representative in advance of your event about the option of pre-purchasing parking passes in our Red Lot for $5 per spot, but keep in mind that space in this lot is extremely limited. 5. What type of catering do you offer? There are a variety of catering options to choose from, with packages available to groups with as few as 10 people. Be sure to ask your group representative to provide you with a list of catering options available for your outing. Additionally, no outside food or beverage may be brought into Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. 6. How does my group get their RedHawks hats? Great question! If your group has a block of ballpark seats, you will receive blue vouchers that can be redeemed at the ballpark during your event at the Sonic Customer Service booth located behind section 113. Be sure and fill out the information as this will also serve as your entrance to the group raffle for RedHawks prizes. If your group is in a Suite or Devon Energy Deck, your hats will be in your private area when you arrive. You will receive pink vouchers with your tickets to enter the raffle and all you need to do is drop them off at the Sonic Customer Service booth located behind section 113. 7. What does Preferred Buyer mean? When you become a group leader, you have the opportunity to purchase group products for the next season in advance of the general public and attend special events. 8. What time do gates open and when should my guests arrive? Gates open one hour prior to the first pitch. If your group is in a suite, contact your representative with all questions regarding special accommodations, such as early arrival for pregame suite setup or any meetings taking place in the suite prior to when gates open. 9. Will my group be recognized during the game? Yes! All groups will be recognized on the centerfield video board during the game. Be sure to let your group representative know exactly how you would like your groups name to appear. Contact your representative more than 48 hours in advance of your event for any revisions to your scoreboard message
