s open for our summer program, MyCom Change Agent Fellowship (CAF). The MyCom CAF is an experiential youth leadership training where young people are exposed to opportunities that will enhance both their personal and leadership development. While gaining an understanding of advocacy and building leadership skills, MyCom Change Agent Fellows are encouraged to connect their interests and passions to influence social change. SUMMER PROGRAM ASSISTANT The CAF Summer Program Assistant will support the Youth Development Director in all aspects of the MyCom Change Agent Fellowship summer program. More specifically, support the implementation of the MyCom Change Agent Fellowship (CAF); promote and nurture the experiential learning of students by facilitating workshops, monitoring participants, providing a safe environment conducive to learning, and keeping parents and stakeholders informed. What youll need to do the job: Bachelors Degree in related field Strong work ethic that is highly accountable, reliable, and prompt Ability to prioritize competing demands and to be flexible, creative, proactive, and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment Experience in social activism and/or community building Working knowledge of Cleveland and social justice issues specific to Cleveland Commitment to youth development and goals of MyCom Change Agent Fellowship Experience working with youth at all stages of development Strong attention to detail Strong self-management skills/ability to work both independently and on a team Ability to develop and sustain excellent relationships with youth Demonstrated experience supporting youth development or other learning programs Effective communications skills, ability to work with youth and adults Professionalism (ability to give, request, and receive feedback in a positive and productive manner) Sense of humor Proficiency with computer in technical areas such as Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Access, Excel and Powerpoint

GROUP FACILITATOR The MyCom CAF Group Facilitator will serve as a group leader for the MyCom Change Agent Fellowship summer program. Primary responsibilities include the following:. o o o o o Facilitate learning exercise/icebreakers Capture activities using various Media (photos/videos, upload to computer) Record keeping (update database, note taking, copying materials) Communication (phone calls to participants, presenters, partners, ordering food, etc.) Light cleaning

PHOTOGRAPHER The MyCom CAF Photographer will be responsible for capturing the activities and events of the summer program. In addition, the photographer will be responsible for maintaining an organized system of preserving photo and video on Partnership computers and flash drives. The photographer will work with Partnership staff to share media content with Partnership partners. Duties: Support the day-to-day implementation of Change Agent Fellowship o Photography and videotape all MyCom Change Agent activities o Individual photos of each MyCom Change Agent o Other photos and videos as needed o Upload media content on a daily basis and maintain an organized media library o Provide photos/media content to Partnership staff for communications with partners o Light administrative and cleaning duties o Attend daily staff planning and debriefing sessions What youll need to do the job: Some college preferred Strong work ethic that is highly accountable, reliable and prompt Ability to prioritize competing demands and to be flexible, creative, proactive, and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment Experience working with youth or participated in a youth development program Strong attention to detail Strong self-management skills/ability to work both independently and on a team Professionalism (ability to give, request, and receive feedback in a positive and productive manner) Sense of humor
