RAMS Rom :-2 Read Only Memory It is Volatile memory. It is used for permanent storage It has also a random access properly. It contains Assembler, compiler, monitor, debugging packages or any other permanent programmers are stored in Rom. The Rom contains of Rom is dedicated by manufactured. These contents are permanent storage Accessible ROMs are simple chip.
2) Prom(Programmable Read Only Memory) :-

A prom is a programmable Memory it contains of a prom is dedicated by user. The user can Write Permanent Programmers in a prom is Called PROM Programmer. 3) EPROM (Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory) :An EPROM is an Erasable Prom. The Contents are a erasable by a Programmed with Ultra violet rays to Modify the Programmed. This Total Programme to Store in a Chip. To Modify and Rewrite the Entire Programmed. Novel Netware Software are stored in Boot Rom This are widely used and also Cells to stored total Data Structure.
4) EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory) : - EEPROM are

electrically Erasable Prom. They need not be removed from micro Computer board for erasing the change in contents made in milliseconds which is must less the time. Data it can be Modified by a Ultra Violet rays. II) RAM ( Random Access Memory):- It is Temporary Memory to stored in chips. RAM is also attached to the System CPU. This Ram working as a internal Data Structure and its is searching the Bootable files where in your system. Bootable files are to run by system properties. If you want to do in any process The RAM is locating a Memory in that area. This RAM is not available you cannot enter the system. Ram is Semi conducting Device. It is made up of different Chips. These RAM is Inserted in 2 types slots which are 1) SIMM Slots 2) DIMM Slots

1) SIMM Slots :- SIMM Stands for Single Inline Memory Module. Olden days Ram's are inserted in Simm's slots This Capacity is very less than other RAM. This Capacity is 1MB, 2MB, and 4MB

SIMM slots are classified into Two types:1) SIMM 30pins Slots. 2) SIMM 72 pins Slots. SIMM 72 Pins are used for 8MB Ram's, 16MB Ram 32MB RAM. SIMM Slots are only single cutting having in Middle of the slot. These SIMMs are White color. 2) DIMM Slots :- Dual Inline Memory Module are used in 64MB RAM,128MB RAM,256 MB RAM. DIMM's are Dual Cutting having in middle of the slot so we can insert only Single Direction.Dimm's are Black color. Different DIMM slots Ram's are 1) DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory) (168pins) 2) DDRAM (Dynamic Data RAM) (168 Pins) 3) DDRRAM (Double Data Rate RAM) (184 and 234 Pins) 4) SRAM (Static RAM) (168 pins) 5) SDRAM (Standard Dynamic RAM) (168 Pins) 6) VRAM (Video RAM) (168 pins) 3) RIMM Slots ( Real Inline Memory Module):- This are used in Olden days, these are with out cutting edges are used. Total pins are 30pins. Example 1) Plain RAM 2) EDO RAM (Extended Data Output RAM
