A. K. Digalwar1, K. S. Sangwan1, A. B. Author2 Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani 333 031, Raj., India 2 XYZ Institute of Technology, ABC 123456, India Corresponding author (e-mail: akd@pilani.bits-pilani.ac.in)

Abstract Abstract of not more than 200 words should be written on a new paragraph leaving one line space after the affiliation of the author (s). Use 10 Points size and bold typeface for the abstract. The abstract should clearly focus on the scope of the paper and the main conclusions reached. Keywords: List out key words in italics and 10 points size. Key word should resemble the papers highlighted points of discussion. 1. Introduction The introduction should state the objectives of the paper and give a review of earlier works. Theoretical considerations, mathematical derivations, technical details and experimental results should be left for subsequent sections. 2. Camera-ready manuscript Your task is to approach the usual quality of papers typeset in technical journals. Please pay most attention to the layout and overall appearance of your paper. The manuscripts will be subjected to editorial modifications. Use an automatic spell-checker. You have to send blackand-white texts and colour figures, preferably. 3. Page format, Fonts and Type Size The length of the whole manuscript is limited to Ten pages. Please prepare your paper as per the standard A4 format (210 mm 297 mm). All margins should be set at 1.25. Justify the left and right margins. Please use the Times New Roman font. The type size should be 10 points, single column, single line spacing. The only exception is the title of the manuscript, which should be 14 points in size and printed bold. The names of authors and their affiliations should be centered as shown above. Dont number the pages. 3.1. Sections and subsections Please use Arabic numbers and bold upright lower-case letters for section headings. Subsections, if any, should be numbered as shown here and printed in bold italics. Leave a blank line below each heading.

3.2. Figures and tables All figures should be appropriately placed in the text. The figures should be numbered consecutively with Arabic numbers. Place figure captions directly below or beside figures. In figure captions, try to use words and symbols rather than symbols alone. Similarly like figures, all tables should be numbered in Arabic numbers and placed at their appropriate places in the text. Table 1. Title of table, centered, subsequent text indented, times new roman 10, single line spacing S.No. ID.No. Name Marks

Figure 1. Title of figure, centered, subsequent text indented, times new roman 10, single line spacing 3.3. Equations and units If possible, use an equation editor to create your mathematical formulae. The main symbols should have a size of 10 points. Italicize the symbols standing for quantities and variables but not for mathematical functions (sin, cos, exp, etc.) and units. Punctuate equations with commas or full stops when they are part of sentences, like in this case: X=A+B (1)

Indent the equations by 1 cm from the left margin and number them consecutively with Arabic numbers in round brackets at the right margin, as in Equation (1). Use the International System of Units (SI) only. Define abbreviations and acronyms the first time they are used in the text. 3.4. Citations Within the text reference should be indicated by citing the surname of the author (s) followed by the year of publication. For example Sangwan (2006) suggests or Digalwar and Sangwan (2008) found that or A study of economic change (Digalwar and Sangwan, 2011) has shown that .. The abbreviated author and date reference should be placed in parentheses. References to more than one publication by the same author in the same year should be distinguished alphabetically with a,b,c etc. the relevant page (s) may be given if necessary. If however, the author is cited within the text itself the name and date appears. Full reference should include all authors names and initials, date of publication, title of paper, title of publication (italics), volume and issue number (of a journal), publisher and form (books, conference proceedings), page numbers. A full list of reference should be typed in alphabetical order double spaced and on a separate sheet at the end of the article.

3.5. Copyrights Any Necessary rights or permission to reproduce quoted material or illustrations published elsewhere remain the responsibility of the author (s). To safeguard authors right, the copyright of all material published in the proceedings is vested with the publisher. 4. Submission The paper should be prepared using this document which contains the necessary formats, styles and layouts and then it should be uploaded on Nalanda on or before10th April 2013.
