I have chosen my average audience for my magazine, two are male and one female.

I have done this as the market for this genre of magazine is predominantly male. I have also got a range of ages from 17 25 as I believe these are fairly close to the target market my magazine is aiming for. They are all from a range of backgrounds who want to go down different paths in life and end up in different places. I believe the range my magazine can offer to, is limited in some ways but appeals also to a wide variety as well. It can appeal to a wide range of people, but only those who are interested in the music and image. However is doesnt appeal to everyone as some people dont like the music. I listen to the same types of music as all three of my examples above and I position myself in the same social group. This is why I have chosen the people to base my ideas on, as I feel like I can engage with my audience. I felt they represent my social group well and fit in comfortably with the description of my chosen group Metalheads.
