Youth
Missions Trip
Our youth will be travelling to
Cincinnati this weekend March 20-
22. They’ll be staying with Matthew’s
friend Josh Garrett (also known
affectionately as “Dirty”) at his
church/parsonage and will join
forces with his youth group to help
do some repairs on a church in the
inner city and provide activities for
the younger kids in the church. Let’s
all pray for a successful trip both
physically and spiritually.

youth.

6th grade through 12th, we have what we call Fireproof. It starts at 6:45 and Church Attendance 108
last until 8:30. We play games, eat snacks, worship and have a devotion time.
Sunday School $32
This is our main outreach service for kids in the community. We have a lot of Bob Nickell Memorial/Copier $250
fun at Fireproof but we also take worshiping our God and learning more about

Him very seriously and that is also a big part of our service. Youth Trip $50
Church Offering $3710.76
Sunday is also a busy day for the youth program. Starting at 10:00 a.m. we
Grand Total $4047.76
have Sunday school classes for k-5th graders, in the classrooms. These classes Faith Promise $291
are only 45 minutes long and consist of a Bible lesson and fun activity. For
Fireproof age kids we have a new service we just started called Uprising. It is
in the attic of the church and starts at 10:00 a.m. It is basically a mini-church
service for the youth. We have worship, communion and a lesson, but it is
geared more towards the youth and very different from the 11:00 a.m. service
the adults have. Also on Sunday night we have a high school Bible study
called 180. It starts at 7 p.m. at my house right across the street from the
church. This is an in depth Bible study designed to help us learn more about March Serving
God and the faith that we have in Him.
