Training is the process from which employees acquire the capabilities to perform their jobs and is an essential part of any successful business. Training is linked to employee performance and retention. In addition, employees will not reach their full potential and higher levels of productivity will not be achieved unless employees are adequately trained. A poorly trained work force will eventually lead to poor performance and result in costly mistakes. Overall, training impacts organizational competitiveness, revenue and performance.

It is essential for employers to maintain the training necessary to compete. The costs of training can be reduced and controlled through the development of a comprehensive training plan. The organizational benefits of a comprehensive training plan are as follows: Training builds better communications skills Explore the hidden talent of a trainee Build better quality in work Outcomes are more effective and productive Increases the level of understanding in the organization Detect the staff require further support or training Help employees to make appreciate professional role Corp. Training provides leadership skills training programs, seminars, personal coaching and strategic sessions to communicate, support, develop, and reinforce leadership skills. Leadership is the knack of getting other people to follow you and to do willingly the things you wants them to do. Training has three basic leadership offerings for banking and management:

Fundamental Leadership Skills Training provides participants with the fundamentals needed to develop and improve their effectiveness as a leader. They learn to identify and apply the leadership skills of other effective leaders, deal with value challenges and gain followers. Effective Leadership Development focuses on the elements of situational and grassroots leadership and examines leadership from a personal, team and organizational perspective. Values Based Leadership is a discussion-based approach to corporate values, individual competencies and improved individual and team effectiveness. The Values Based Leadership builds on the foundation of Myers Briggs Type Indicator profiles to enhance communication ability. To create a customized leadership skills training program, we incorporate additional leadership classes to complement core classes. A few of these classes include: Dealing with Difficult People, Managing Employee Performance, Focus on Facilitation and Laws for Leaders. Corp. The training program is broadly divided into two phases which is designed to meet the development needs of the bank managers and the banking and financial know how.

Program Content: The program consists of 3 different phases spanning over a period of 18 months of training duration. 1st six months - Rotational Training to expose one to various departments and their management teams 2nd six months - Hands-On Experience with day-to-day departmental processes as well as responsibility for various projects. Last 6 months - Focused Skill Development to provide trainees with specialized training on leadership skills broadly covering 3 modules: Fundamental Leadership Skills
