The Law showed us what sin is, but only the blood of Jesus can remove it.

Ephesians 2:15, His purpose was to create in himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace.

Father God, Thank you for loving me and taking care of me. Bless my church, Pastors Ron and Hope. Bless my teachers for teaching me Your Word. I believe your love is flowing through me to other people. Help me to obey my parents so things will go well with me and I will live a long life on the earth. I will tell how great you are and how much I love you. I thank You that by Jesus stripes I am healed. In Jesus' name, Amen

We have been made right with God by the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or spot. I Peter 1:18-19 Christ was sent for me to be the precious cornerstone of the church. I Peter 2:6 There are other people who are not born again and I must reach them also. John 10:16

God gave the Law to the Jews (Abrahams family) to protect them, but it also made them separate from all the other people (Gentiles) living on the earth. God created all people and wants to be close to everyone. So, He sent His Son, Jesus who gave His life to give the judgments against both groups of people (Jew & Gentile). His salvation is open to all who believe. He is not mad at the Jews who reject Him but wants them back in the family. Jews who accept Jesus are called Messianic Jews because they believe Jesus is the chosen one (Messiah) who would come to help them out of their troubles (sins). In the wedding supper story Jesus explains that many who are invited will not attend, and He sends servants out to get others to come. We who believe are like those servants sent out to bring others. Gods plan in sending Jesus was to make peace between the Jew and the Gentile by creating one new family from the two groups.
