PRAYER AND PRAISE

Please pray that the Kindergarten operating in our facility would truly be a light to the community, and would be used by God to draw many people into His kingdom. Please be in prayer as the Kindy board assess recent applicants for the role of Kindy manager. Pray that the Table for 6 initiative will create wonderful moments, memories and relationships in our church family. Praise the Lord for the prayer ministry being led by Faye Lauaki. Please pray that she, and her team, would continue to minister powerfully in Jesus name. Praise the Lord for how He is blessing our church family with work, successful auctions, and safe travels! Pray for a breakthrough in ministry to workingclass men in Alliance church-planting communities in Taiwan. Pray that God will move powerfully in the hearts of these men and that their lives will be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. Also, pray that they will respond to Gods call to serve in local churches and lead many others to Jesus.

We know that it can take a lot of energy to attend a new church, so please note that: The toilets are located down the passage to the right as you exit the sanctuary. The Preschool ministry begins at the start of the service in the Creche, and 5-13 year olds are dismissed part way through the service for Sunday School. Information on who we are, as well as on all of our ministries are available online at www.whac.net.nz Each week, we share a cuppa together after the service, and would love for you to stay for a chat.

If you would like to talk to or pray with an Elder, we encourage you to make yourself known to one of the Kindy Ministry Worship Team and they will assist you. MINISTRIES FOR CHILDREN AT WHAC
Ages 3-7 Ages 8 - 13 Our Kids Club is divided into two groups, for age appropriate lessons. These take place in the hall during the sermon. A notice will appear on the screen when it is time to dismiss your children. Reorient: Prayer Join us in the church every Wednesday at 7.30pm as we pray for our community, our church family and ministries. Home Group: Mordaunts: To be advised Thomas: To be advised One way that we are seeking to bless the community through the Kindy is to start a food bank for needy families in the Kindergarten (or known through the centre). To do so, a basket has been placed in the foyer for your donations of nonperishable food. Thank you so much for your support as we seek to make this Kindy a true reflection of the heart of Christ for West Harbour.

40 Days of Community "You were never meant to fulfil God's purposes on your own" Starting the Sunday after Mother's Day (May 19), WHAC will be starting into "40 Days of Community", which is a church wide campaign to deepen our understanding of how God uses other people for our good and growth, in addition to how God can use us to bless other people. Please be praying for this important time in the life of our church! Mothers Day Baby Dedication... ... babies not required! At WHAC, we recognise that children are a blessing from the Lord, and a great responsibility that He has entrusted to us. As such, every Mothers Day, we offer an opportunity for parents to dedicate their children, their children's future, and their own parenting to the Lord and His glory. If you would like to dedicate your little one this year (May 12), please fill in a Communication Card today!

So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority.
