The Cobra Breath technique involves controlled breathing to raise sexual energy up the spine. It consists of 8 steps: 1) Sitting upright with tongue pressed to roof of mouth, 2) Contracting abdominal and anal muscles, 3) Inhaling through nose filling bottom, middle, then top lungs, 4) Holding breath for 5-10 counts, 5) Exhaling through mouth with hissing sound while contracting muscles, 6) Waiting for sexual energy to rise as breath is held, 7) Repeating the cycle 2-8 times depending on experience. The goal is to create a route for sexual energy to rise without forcing it.
