I am writing this letter in strong recommendation of Julieanne Pham, a fellow high school leader of
mine at EV Free in Fullerton. I have had the privilege of serving for the past four years with Julieanne, in the
capacity as a core group leader, for a small group of high school girls. During this time, I have witnessed
Julianne’s perseverance, commitment, and overwhelming capacity to care for and support her girls. A caring
and responsible person, Julianne is always available for her girls and goes above and beyond her role by also
supporting her fellow leaders.
As a current teacher in the public school system, I know the commitment and passion that one must
have in order to be an excellent teacher. It is without hesitation that I strongly say that Julieanne will be an
incredible teacher. I have observed Julianne's classroom management skills and her style of teaching, and can
honestly say she is superior. She is respectful to her students, colleagues and administrators, caring and
supportive of her students, and passionate about teaching, and about her walk with God. I know that Julieanne
will make an excellent teacher.
Julianne has a strong and committed walk with the Lord, and I know that she would be a great
addition to any school, especially a Christian school. Through her training as a core group leader, her Christ-
centered education at Biola, and her experience as a substitute teacher, I have no doubt that Julianne will make
an excellent teacher, and a wonderful addition to your teaching staff. As former Christian school attendee, I
know what it is to be able to look up to teachers who are also brothers and sisters in Christ, to see their love for
people and their commitment to living a Christ centered life. Julianne will be able to do just that for any
student, as she is an excellent role model.
It is for these reasons that I highly recommend Julieanne for employment as a teacher, knowing that
