Deadlines and Payment Terms
eBiz Insider is published each calendar month. Advertising materials are due 30 days prior to the publication date. For example,
for the December issue, all advertising materials are due by November 1st. eBiz Insider distributes advertising invoices on the mail
date. Invoices are due and payable upon receipt. For agency ads, the Publisher bills the agency, but holds both the agency and the
advertiser liable for monies due. Recognized agencies receive 15% discount for digital-ready ads.

eBiz Insider offers complimentary ad preparation and design (print or Internet) for companies who advertise. For assistance,
please call 1-888-361-9814 ext 7100 or email us at adsales@ebizinsider.com. Please submit text for ads in microsoft word format,
provide logo and all images all layers flattened and saved as EPS or TIFF at 300 DPI.

General Format & Frequency

Format: Magazine style, self-cover, full CMYK color on each page. Monthly: 12 issues per year.
Press: Paper Stock: Daily Dull 70# Text-White. Self-cover.

Submission Guidelines
Acceptable Submission Formats:
(1) Press-optimized, high-resolution PDF file with all fonts embedded, or
(2) EPS file with all fonts outlined and all images embedded.

Submission Methods:
(1) Macintosh formatted CD, labeled with name of advertiser, issue date and accompanied by an approved proof.

Technical Requirements
Digital Format: Macintosh Platform. Press Quality PDF: (Preferred Method) Resolution: 2400 DPI, Color Bicubic Downsampling:
300 DPI. Acrobat Distiller Settings: Color management OFF / Embed and Subset all fonts, Preserve Document information from
DSC. Adobe InDesign: Package for output to include all images and fonts. Adobe Photoshop: Single image, all layers flattened
and saved as EPS or TIFF at 300 DPI. Adobe Illustrator: Outlined fonts and all images must be embedded. IMPORTANT: Type or
image elements in white to be printed on a background color or another image must be set to Knockout - NOT OVERPRINT!
