Direct overall operations of this 180 room, beachfront hotel with additional 2- 3 bedroom condos, beach house, 3 food and beverage outlets and conference center.

Developed management systems in place for all departments. Prior infrastructure had not existed. Created and implemented P&L, budget and data reports. Introduced The Uniform System of Accounts for all financial reporting, to reflect industry standards. Created and implemented revenue and yield management systems and procedures. Interfaced with the Internet opening over 60 new channels of distribution. A.D.R. improvements; increased 2012 over 2011 by $19.55, surpassed budgeted A.D.R. by $12.96 Year to Date. Directed overall operations of this 238 room, all season Conference Resort and Spa on the National Historic Register. The 5.5 square mile resort features 35,000 sq.ft. of flexible meeting space, two 18 hole golf courses and a variety of outdoor activities. Initiated management structure reorganization, which led to $350K reduction in annual payroll; thus saving significant operation costs.

Instrumental in improving occupancy by 55% as well as Y-T-D occupancy by 16% while decreasing competitive set by 8.7% (based from Star Report). Impressively identified and invested on new revenue streams that produced $150K annual revenue, including Rod & Gun Club, Hunting and Fishing Membership Association, and a golf membership program.

Developed F&B quality and sales through promoting lavish holiday buffets and hosting all the major Pocono social events, which brought 45% increase in banquet business and increased wedding bookings from 4 weddings in 2007 to 45 in 2009. business opportunities for Country Club service and private functions bookings and requests, yielding $100K annual revenue.
