The best suited candidates for this role would be dynamic individuals who believe they can balance their strong technical skills and their relationship-building ability with TIs strategic customers. Some of the responsibilities include: Responsible for providing technical support to the company's sales staff and customers. May provide support in a pre-sales through post-sales capacity. Provides, presents and interprets design, application and service information. Develops product specifications and applications usable by a specific customer Explores the business feasibility of general marketing. Training: The Analog Applications Associates will undergo one year training in the US . During the training there will be a strong emphasis on TIs product applications. Besides that each associate will participate in a course curriculum that consists of high-level analog product training to get a marketing perspective on TIs products and some courses on selling skills

TSA (Technical Sales Associates) Job description TI India is looking for engineers who would want to make a career in Semiconductor Sales and Marketing field. The best suited candidates for this role would be dynamic individuals who believe they can balance their strong technical skills and their relationship-building ability with TIs strategic customers. Some of the responsibilities include: Demonstrate an ability to analyze and understand customer applications Identify opportunities for Texas Instruments products Establish and develop long-term customer relationships Determine the long-term sales outlook for various opportunities Responsible for pre-sales through post-sales activity. Provides, presents and interprets design, application and service information. Develops product specifications and applications usable by a specific customer and explores the business feasibility of general marketing. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Training: The Technical Sales Associatess will undergo 10 months training in the US during which they will gain knowledge of TIs product portfolio and selling skills.

TSAs will participate in a course curriculum that consists of product training, selling skills, business skills, systems skills, and self-management skills. The curriculum consists on both in-classroom and on-line training.
