HotJobs, etc. Use resumes to find potential candidates and as a way to generate eads for future candidates (I.e., contacting the schools, associations, former business, and other groups found on resumes.) Post open jobs on job boards. Get association directories and contact members. Advertise in an association newsletter. Become a speaker or board member, use the web to identify association chapters, distribute referral cards.

Contact the advertising firm and create a billboard if budget permits. A avenue to explore should budget permit. Check with individual stations to gather demographic information. Advertise during peak times. Contact the local bus company to advertise on the sides of buses. Use as a mobile billboard. Contact the local movie theatre to run ads during previews before the feature film. Contact your local newspapers to post employment ads. Sundays and Wednesdays have traditionally been the best days for advertisements to run. Organize job fairs and open houses at agency or local community cetner. Advertise well in advance.
