Dear Saher, It was a pleasure speaking with you. As discussed, we're hosting the third season of Campus Conversations this year with Intel on board as our lead sponsor. Please let me know if we can host a two hour session with BCS students during either the 3rd or last week of March at IoBM. Other than the auditorium to do the session we will also need some open space of 12ftx16ft with height clearance of 10ft outside for a full day activity. At the time of the activity, there will be around 8 people from the team present in the activity area with standees and activity equipment. The time required to complete the setup for the activity would be approx. 5 to 6 hours, hence would require the venue on preceding night of the event. We will appreciate if you can kindly please confirm the availability at your earliest so that we can lock in the university and proceed with the logistical arrangements.
