COUNTING PROCEDURES
1. When envelopes are received in
the accounting office they are date
stamped & placed in a locked
9-Lines
drawer unopened.
June 12, 2008 2. A minimum of 2 committee
members remove unopened
Chapel envelopes from drawer & take to a
Sunday Services 10:00am designated counting area.
3. Envelopes are alphabetized,
Station verified by eligibility list then opened
Sunday-Thursday 9:00am - & contents listed in book. Ballot
6:00pm envelope is thrown into a box, proxy
Fri. & Sat 8:00am - 8:00pm set to one side, absentee ballot to
the other & envelope with name
Accounting Office onto floor.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm 4. Director ballots are placed into
batches of 50, absentee ballots into
Trading Post batches of 25.
Sun. - Thurs 9:00pm – 5. 2 committee members, pairing
7:00pm differently each time, count each
Fri. & Sat. 9:00am – 8:00pm ballot, if the 2 agree then count is
complete. If not they count until it
Pavilion matches.
Sun. thru Thurs. 2pm – 9pm 6. Each batch has a different
Friday - 2pm – 10pm number & the daily total of each
Saturday - 2pm-10pm batch is listed on the summary
sheet. There will not be a final total
Big Top-Concession until the last ballot is counted on
Thurs. thru Sunday Noon – Friday. Therefore, NO committee
7pm member will know the outcome until

Hay Fields: This is the first time in
Attention Members & Guests quite a while that we are baling our own
Please help us hay. This helps us to keep our costs
recycle your
down for the Ranch. But there are a

putting them in the few people who don’t think about these
designated wire things & decide to drive their vehicles
containers that are through the hay fields. This practice is
sitting next to each
trash dumpster!! cutting down on our production of hay.
Thanks!! This is a no win situation for our Ranch.
So, please keep out of the hay fields
with your ATV’s & vehicles.
