*Doctors refers to US MDs who were licensed between 2001-2010 and used a fee-based course to prepare for the USMLE. The AlphaDetail, Inc. online study for Kaplan was conducted between Nov. 10 Dec. 9, 2010 among 763 US licensed MDs, of whom 662 used a fee-based course to prepare for the USMLE.

GENERAL PROMOTION GUIDELINES: DEPOSITS REQUIREMENTES:
Kaplan reserves the right to reverse the promotional discount based on post-enrollment changes (e.g. Drops, Not starting within 1 year, Not PIF within 1 year) Featured Bundle deposit rule - The $500 total deposit requirement can be split between the two products for the featured bundles. In these situations $250 should be applied to each of the enrollments. For all other programs the standard deposit rules apply: A deposit of $500 is required for most courses with a retail tuition rate of $1,750 or more. Enrollments into the CS Practice Exam, as well as all extension purchases require payment in full. Retreat enrollments, as well as Step 1 Deluxe courses that include the 16-week live require $1,000 minimum deposits. Featured Bundle components cannot be rearranged, nor can the 7- or 6-week lectures be swapped out for Retreat-style lectures. The enrollments are separate and will have individual start and end dates. Deposit amount: $500 per product. (Treat Featured Bundles as one product, thus $250 per Step)
